The Boker Plus Appalachian Origin Mini Axe is a compact and versatile hatchet that is equally impressive whether you are lighting a cozy fire in your fireplace at home or enjoying a practical companion around the campfire outdoors. With a total length of 25 cm and a robust weight of 800 g, it combines perfect handling with long-lasting functionality. The ax head, made of 1055 carbon steel in the traditional Rhenish shape, impresses not only with its quality but also with its special finish: unlike the Small and Big models, the Origin Mini Ax has a polished knife-edge that allows for precise springing of sticks and other fine work in utility carving.
In addition, the axe head has been left with its rough, forged surface, which emphasizes the historical charm and functionality of the tool – in the spirit of the “kitchen axe”, as it was formerly used to chop small firewood for heating and cooking. The handle made of long-fibered ash wood not only provides an appealing, natural style in brown, but also dampens vibrations, which guarantees more comfortable handling. The blade presents itself in an elegant black, while the entire product is manufactured in Taiwan with high manufacturing quality. Please note that the leather sheath described in the original is not included in the scope of delivery and can be ordered separately if required. The Boker Plus Appalachian Origin Mini Axe is not only a high-quality tool for traditional firewood work, but also an ideal accessory for the modern outdoor enthusiast.
