Cold Steels Counter TAC Stiefelmesser basieren auf einem einzigen Kriterium: Funktionalität. Das Messer muss nur eine hervorragende Arbeit leisten. Für das Counter TAC II nutzt Cold Steel den seit fast drei Jahrzehnten genutzten und erprobten AUS 8A-Edelstahl. Die Jahre haben bewiesen, dass sich der Stahl für die Klingenherstellung von robusten Arbeitsmessern perfekt eignet. Er ist korrosionsbeständig, leicht zu schärfen und besitzt eine gute Schnitthaltigkeit. Die zweischneidige und scharfe Klinge des Counter TAC II ist vakuumgehärtet, temperaturbehandelt und mit einem Stonewash-Finish vollendet. Der ergonomische Griff passt sich, dank des Kray-Ex-Materials, der Grifftechnik an und lässt das Messer bequem in der Hand liegen. Zusätzlich versprechen die stark strukturierte Griffoberfläche und der Handschutz, dass es dir beim Einsatz nicht aus der Hand rutscht. Das Messer hat eine Gesamtlänge von 17,1 cm, ein Gewicht von 60 g und einer Klingenstärke von 4 mm. Geliefert wird das Cold Steel Counter TAC II mit einer Secure-Ex-Scheide, einem abnehmbaren Stiefel-/Gürtelclip.
