Das Outdoorsman von Cold Steel ist ein High-Class Mehrzweck-Jagdmesser mit einer Klinge aus dem exklusiven Dreilagenstahl San Mai. Dieser rostfreie Stahl zeichnet sich durch eine maximale Schnitthaltigkeit und große Widerstandsfähigkeit bei seitlicher und schlagartiger Beanspruchung aus und wird nur in extrem kleinen Mengen für die exklusivsten Sammlermesser von Cold Steel verwendet. Die 15,2 cm lange Klinge ist rasiermesserscharf und durch die breite Klingenfläche sowie die hochgezogene Spitze ideal zum Häuten. Auch ein Teil des Klingenrückens ist angeschliffen, so dass das Outdoorsman sogar zum Aufbrechen von Großwild geeignet ist. Der Vollerl ist vollständig mit Kray-Ex ummantelt, einem rutschfestem und witterungsbeständigem Material, das auch mit nassen oden blutigen Händen für Sicherheit beim Arbeiten sorgt. Geliefert wird das Messer mit einer Secure-Ex Messerscheide.
