The Condor Meatlove Knife is a fixed blade knife that is perfect for cutting meat, whether on the move or in the outdoor kitchen. The blade is strong enough to cut meat easily, but also light enough to be precise. The slim blade is very pointed at the front, so you can easily fillet and cut meat from the bone.
The size and weight of the knife are ideal for outdoor use. The blade length is 11.5 cm and the blade thickness is 2 mm. The handle length is 10.5 cm and the total length of the knife is 22 cm. The total weight of the knife is only 96 g, making it light and easy to carry. The blade of the Condor Meatlove Knife is made of 420HC stainless steel. The relatively tough steel is not afraid of heavier work and is easy to sharpen in the field, even if you only have a simple pocket sharpening stone with you. The handle is made of micarta and has a colour that is more reminiscent of bone. Micarta is a very robust and durable material that offers a good grip, even when wet or sweaty.

The history of Condor Tool & Knife goes back to 1787, when the Weyersberg brothers founded a company in Solingen to manufacture swords, military knives, cutlery and agricultural tools. Then, in 1964, the company IMACASA was founded in Santa Ana in El Salvador and the factory was well equipped with the most modern German tools and the employees were sent to Solingen for intensive training. Today, this factory produces machetes, axes, shovels and other hand tools of the highest quality. IMACASA was sold to local investors in 1980 and is now one of the largest machete and shovel manufacturers in the world. Then, in 2004, when additional knives and tools were developed for the North American and European markets, Condor Tool & Knife was born.
