Das AVANT-TAC ist ein großes, taktisch ausgelegtes Taschenmesser. Es ist dank der soliden Konstruktion sehr robust. Ein starker Liner-Lock sichert die Klinge nach dem Ausklappen, die durch die IKBS-Kugellagerung einen leichten Gang hat. Die einhändige Öffnung der leicht mattierten Klinge wird mit dem Flipper oder dem Daumenloch realisiert. Durch den ergonomisch geformten Griff mit Griffschalen aus widerstandsfähigem G10 hat man guten Halt beim Einsatz. Der Klingenstahl 8Cr13MoV ist rostfrei, zäh und lässt sich gut nachschleifen. Alles in allem ein Messer für Einsatz und Alltag.
