Hammond A.B.C.

Who needs the little ABC when you can have the great Hammond A.B.C.? You don't learn this ABC in school, CRKT teaches us that personally. What exactly does A.B.C. mean? It means All Based Covered, so not much more needs to be said, right? Pretty much all needs are covered with this pocket knife. If something is good, then it needs to be developed further. That's probably what Jim Hammond thought when he built the original fixed to this folder. If it was already versatile and practical as a fixed knife, what do you think the compact folder version can do!

An 8.6 cm Tanto blade made of 12C27 is accompanied by a partial serrated edge and a black coating, which sounds already great for the beginning. The G10 handle is not only sturdy, but also ergonomically designed with weight-reducing cutouts. It provides a secure grip while reducing the overall weight of the knife, which is 111 grams. The blade runs on an IKBS ball bearing and is spring assisted when opened via the flipper. All you have to do is lightly tap the flipper and the blade is ready to assist you with whatever you need it for. To lock the blade, CRKT relies on a proven and secure linerlock. Of course, a tip-up pocket clip should not be missing to have the insanely cool Hammond A.B.C. always at hand. But we still have an eye-catcher, the blue anodized ring on the axle screw, I think that loosens up the overall picture a bit more.
