Schlicht und simpel. Das Maven von CRKT ist einfach ein Messer. Stabile Klinge, griffige Beschalung und schnelle Öffnungsmöglichkeiten vollenden die Praxistauglichkeit des Maven. Die kugelgelagerte Klinge ist aus 8Cr13MoV gefertigt, 9,4 cm lang und mit einem Stone-wash-Finish versehen worden, um die Haltbarkeit zu erhöhen. Die Griffbeschalung wird aus konturiertem G10 hergestellt und bietet immer einen sicheren Halt beim Arbeiten mit dem Maven. Per Flipper geöffnet ist das Einhandmesser immer blitzschnell einsatzbereit. Das geringe Gewicht von gerade einmal 136 g bei einer Klingenstärke von 3,2 mm bringt das Maven weiter in Richtung "schlicht und simpel".
