Recon Force

The classic Eickhorn RECON FORCE commando dagger is characterized by a Kalgard-coated blade, which ensures increased durability and corrosion resistance. To increase break resistance, Eickhorn uses a 55Si7 spring steel with a Rockwell hardness of 53. In contrast to other manufacturers who use dagger blades made of regular knife steel with a higher hardness, this offers a decisive advantage in use, as the blade is less susceptible to breakage and still offers excellent cutting performance. In addition to cutting through stubborn materials, the RECON FORCE is equipped with a serrated edge that enables it to cut through even thick and robust materials efficiently. The stainless steel hand guard is coated in black, which is not only an aesthetic improvement, but also helps to ensure absolute safety, as this design makes it much more difficult for the guide hand to slip into the blade. The ergonomically designed handle and the end cap are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which promises non-slip and comfortable handling, even under extreme conditions. An impact-resistant plastic sheath with a modern M.O.L.L.E. carrying system ensures that the user can carry the knife safely and comfortably. The overall length of 30 cm and the blade length of 17.0 cm offer a good balance between handiness and functionality, while the blade thickness of 5 mm provides additional stability and strength. With a weight of 210 g, the Eickhorn RECON FORCE is light enough to be carried comfortably, yet robust enough to meet the demands of demanding tactical situations.
