The Mcusta Kamon Money Kikyo is an exceptionally compact and stylish pocket knife from Japan that perfectly combines design, functionality, and craftsmanship. With a total length of 12 cm and a weight of only 55 grams, it is ideal for everyday use. The blade is 5.4 cm long, 2 mm thick and made of high-quality AUS-8 steel, which is known for its cutting performance, sharpness and corrosion resistance.
The handle is made of sturdy 420 stainless steel and is skeletonized, which not only looks great but also reduces weight. A precisely crafted liner lock mechanism ensures that the blade is securely locked in place. Another highlight is the integrated, sturdy money clip, which is laser-engraved with the traditional Japanese family crest “Kikyo” – a real eye-catcher with cultural significance. Like all knives in the Mcusta Kamon series, this model is also manufactured in the famous knife town of Seki by Marusho Industry Inc. Instead of stamped parts, all components are laser-cut and then assembled and finished by hand by experienced craftsmen – typical of Mcusta, as the brand name “Machine Custom” makes clear.
