Banter Wharncliffe Black Burlap

The Banter model was designed by Ben Peterson and is his vision of a perfect EDC knife. It has been an integral part of the WE KNIFE and CIVIVI range for several years now and has become an integral part of our pockets. The impeccable, compact design, the incredibly easy handling and the stylish look are simply a highlight for every knife fan. Now, the Wharncliffe series brings a breath of fresh air to the model range. The Banter Whancliffe Black Burlap is definitely in the gentleman's pocket knife corner. The fine Burlap Micarta handle scales in particular make a great impression and are very comfortable in the palm of the hand. The 7.3 cm long Wharncliffe blade is made from high-end CPM-S35VN steel, which has been specially heat-treated to a hardness of 59°-61° HRC. This allows the steel to be ground very finely, and the blade develops enormous sharpness and edge retention. Powder metallurgical steel is also very popular due to its rust-resistant properties. The thumb stud on both sides allows the blade to be opened comfortably with either the left or right hand. A lanyard can be attached to the rear end of the handle to customize the knife as desired, e.g. with the matching titanium bead in black from WE KNIFE.
