The Amare Knives Pocket Peak Black G10 Satin is a masterpiece of the German master knife maker Ulrich Hennicke and is manufactured by Real Steel Knives with the highest precision and quality.
The 10 cm drop-point blade is made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, a stainless and high-quality steel that was specially developed for kitchen and hunting knives. This steel is ideal for utility knives and is a pleasure to use thanks to its lightness and sharpness. The handle is made of black G10 material and has a carbon fibre look. This gives the knife a special feel and modern look. The knife comes with a black Kydex sheath that makes it easy and safe to carry. Amare Knives is a young brand founded by renowned German damask blacksmith and knife designer Ulrich Hennicke. With a passion for handmade blades and unusual knife design since 1995, when he learned the basic skills of blacksmithing from the renowned artisan blacksmith Hermann Gradinger, Hennicke founded Hohenmoorer Messermanufaktur in 2012. This company focuses on the production of high-quality, high-precision and handmade chef's knives made of mono steel, triple-layer steel and Damascus steel.
After several design collaborations with well-known knife manufacturers such as Spyderco, Böker, Kizer, Otter, WE Knives and Realsteel, Hennicke met Weixiang Meng, who owns a knife manufacturing company in China. Both shared a great passion for knives and timeless design as well as the desire to realise this passion. Amare Knives was founded.
