The only drawback that some knife enthusiasts have always complained about is the plastic handle, which despite its proven stability makes a bad impression for some. Well, if the Bailout had one drawback, it is now history with the Bailout Black Tanto! This folder is simply awesome! After the first glance, you immediately notice that... you have to take a second look to grasp this masterpiece of modern knife making. The ultra-slim design of the knife is particularly impressive. This EDC can easily be carried in any trouser pocket without being the least bit bulky. The deep-carry clip is a great help and can also be removed or moved. As usual, the Bailout comes with an 8.7 cm long blade in the American Tanto blade shape. To guarantee edge retention and corrosion resistance at all times, the M4 blade steel was selected and additionally provided with a Cerakote coating in the color "Tungsten Gray". We have already briefly touched on the handle: this is now made of T-6061 aircraft aluminum and, as usual, houses the sophisticated Axis-Lock. Of course, the handling of the knife is also absolutely convincing, as anyone who has ever held the Bailout will know. This is partly due to the handle shape itself, but also to the jimpings on the back of the handle, which make even more precise work possible.
