Cold Steel Bushman Bowie - versatile outdoor knife, all-steel construction made of SK-5 carbon steel, blade length of 17.8 cm, blade thickness of 2.5 mm, hollow handle for storage space or handle extensions, with Secure-Ex sheath and Auermetall flint.
This survival knife is made from one piece of SK-5 carbon steel and has no joints or seams between the blade and handle. After cold forging, the knife is expertly heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC. Each Bushman comes with a razor-sharp blade. With its 17.8 cm length and curved shape, the knife is ideal for skinning, but also for a variety of bushcraft adventures. The hollow handle offers enough space for survival tools and can be extended with handle extensions to optimise reach or leverage. The Bushman Bowie comes with a matching Secure-Ex sheath and a high-quality Auermetall igniter. This lights the fire in an instant!
Cold Steel was founded in 1980 by Lynn C. Thompson and is based in California. Lynn is a true martial arts expert who has been dedicated to the study of many martial arts since his early youth, including Ruy Karate, Thai Boxing, Wado, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Jiu Jitsu.
