Das Luzon ist inspiriert von den Balisongs. Die Klinge zeichnet sich durch eine scharfe und starke Spitze aus und hat gerade so viel Bauch, dass sie sowohl zum Schneiden als auch zum Schlitzen geeignet ist. Geöffnet wird sie einhändg mit dem Flipper und arretiert durch eine doppelt verriegelte Seitenfeder, die enorm stoß- und schlagfest ist. Als Klingenstahl kommt der rostfreie 8Cr13MoV Stahl zum Einsatz, der sich für Arbeitsmesser bestens bewährt hat. Der Griff aus witterungsbeständigem glasfaserverstärktem Nylon hat eine bambusartige Form und bietet durch die konkaven Segmente unterschiedliche Griffmöglichkeiten. Auch ein Taschenclip gehört zur Ausstattung.

Cold Steel was founded in 1980 by Lynn C. Thompson and is based in California. Lynn is a true martial arts expert who has been dedicated to the study of many martial arts since his early youth, including Ruy Karate, Thai Boxing, Wado, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Jiu Jitsu.
