The performance of the SKR is available here in a much smaller, narrower and lighter version. The SRK Compact is, as the name suggests, kept very compact, but this does not mean that the performance is diminished. The 12.7 cm long blade cuts very cleanly and precisely. The black coating matches the black colour of the Kray-Ex handle very elegantly. It offers, due to its construction, a stable and firm handling that will not disappoint you. For protection, there is a matching Secure-Ex sheath for the knife. This also makes carrying easier as it can be attached to the equipment. The Cold Steel SRK Compact is therefore a smaller, more compact version of the SRK that is perfect for those looking for a more discreet fixed blade knife.

Cold Steel was founded in 1980 by Lynn C. Thompson and is based in California. Lynn is a true martial arts expert who has been dedicated to the study of many martial arts since his early youth, including Ruy Karate, Thai Boxing, Wado, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Jiu Jitsu. He is also an extremely good shooter and skilled hunter as well as an excellent fighter in stick fighting, sword fighting, sabre fencing and a master in all types of knife fighting.
