Das Tiger Claw Karambit von Cold Steel wurde von Andrew Demko entworfen. Er griff auf seine Erfahrung als Elektromeister und Ingenieur zurück und erschuf ein Karambit/Hawkbill-Hybridmesser. Der sehr hochwertige S35VN Stahl, welcher hier verwendet wurde hat eine ausgezeichnete Schnitthaltigkeit und lässt sich wunderbar nachschärfen. Die gebogene Klinge ist perfekt um Seile, Drähte und Kabel zu durchtrennen. Mit der Daumenscheibe kann sie leicht mit einer Hand bedient werden und die Cold Steel exclusive Tri-Ad-Verriegelung arretiert die Klinge zuverlässig. Dank der flachen, CNC-gefrästen G10 Griffschalen liegt das Messer ausgezeichnet in der Hand. Der Knaufring aus schwarzem Aluminium ermöglicht den klassischen Karambit-Griff. Durch den umsetzbaren Taschenclip kann man es gut transportieren und ist auch für Linkshänder geeignet.
