Ganz im Viking-Style designed kommt das knapp 30 cm lange Bushcraftmesser daher und erfreut Messerfreunde und Prepper aus aller Welt. Die cool aussehende Klinge besteht aus 1095 High Carbon Steel, die zwar etwas Pflege beansprucht, jedoch dafür deutlich schärfer und schnitthaltiger ist. SIe mündet in ein Griffstück, welches aus ausgesuchtem Hickory-Holz verarbeitet und mit einer schönen Drachen-Musterung versehen ist. Ganze 240 g bringt das Schmuckstück auf die Waage, weswegen es sich in der Hand auch nach einem echtem Outdoor-Knife anfühlt. Die Klinge weist eine Wharncliffe-Form auf und hat eine Länge von 17,9 cm. Mit einer Klingenstärke von 3 mm kommt es außerdem gut im Outdoor-Bereich durch. Eine ebenso hochwertig verarbeitete Lederscheide kommt mit dem Messer.
The history of Condor Tool & Knife goes back to 1787, when the Weyersberg brothers founded a company in Solingen to manufacture swords, military knives, cutlery and agricultural tools. Then, in 1964, the company IMACASA was founded in Santa Ana in El Salvador and the factory was well equipped with the most modern German tools and the employees were sent to Solingen for intensive training. Today, this factory produces machetes, axes, shovels and other hand tools of the highest quality. IMACASA was sold to local investors in 1980 and is now one of the largest machete and shovel manufacturers in the world. Then, in 2004, when additional knives and tools were developed for the North American and European markets, Condor Tool & Knife was born.
