Das M16-03 ist ein schlankes Einhand-Taschenmesser im taktischen Stil. Es ist für einen starken und funktionellen Gebrauch ausgelegt. Wahlweise mit Flipper oder Daumenpin lässt sich die 8,9 cm lange Spearpont-Klinge aus AUS-8 Stahl aus dem Heft heben und wird dann mit dem Linerlock sicher arretiert. Der extrem schlagfeste Griff aus schwarzem Zytel ist robust und liegt gut in der Hand. Ein Clip ist auch vorhanden.
