Déglon Chefmesser Damast 25 Damas 67 - großes Allzweckmesser, 25 cm lange Damastklinge, weißes Griffstück aus Corian, hergestellt in Thiers, Frankreich
Mit dem Chefmesser Damast 25 kommt eine noch mal größere Version des Kochmessers aus der Damas 67 Reihe des französischen Herstellers Déglon. Gewappnet mit einer sehr schnitthaltigen Damastklinge, schneidet das große Kochmesser sämtliche Zutaten kompromisslos und sauber durch. Gefertigt wird die ca. 25 cm lange Klinge aus mehreren Stahlsorten, die miteinander verschmolzen und anschließend gefaltet werden. Auf einer Kernlage aus AUS-10 Stahl befinden sich jeweils 33 Lagen 420 & 431 Stahl. Ein echter Hingucker ist zudem das schöne weiße Griffmaterial. Anstelle von Holz oder G10 wurde hier auf einen Verbundstoff aus Gestein und Kunstharz zurückgegriffen, welcher sich Corian nennt. Das Chefmesser an sich ist als großes Allzweckmesser eher für größere Schneidaufgaben wie Fleisch, Geflügel, Fisch und größeres Gemüse geeignet.
