EICKHORN THW PRT II - The ultimate rescue knife for the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW)!

This knife was specially developed in cooperation with the THW to meet the needs of the emergency services. With a practical 8.4 cm Spear Point blade, which has a partial serrated edge, the outstanding THW PRT II from EICKHORN offers the optimum combination of cutting power and versatility. The blade also has a luminescent SGT coating, which ensures maximum visibility even in poor lighting conditions - even for several hours depending on the charge.

The design of the knife reflects the identity of the THW - the handle is made of blue anodized aluminium and features the THW inscription and logo. This expresses not only functionality, but also a sense of belonging to the emergency team.

As a multifunctional rescue knife, the EICKHORN THW PRT II offers everything that is needed in emergency situations. A glass breaker enables windows to be smashed quickly, while the belt cutter makes it easy to cut through safety belts. A marlin spike is also integrated to make it easier to untie knots - a practical addition for a wide range of scenarios.

The blade can be opened effortlessly using a thumb lifter and is held securely in place during use by a tried-and-tested liner lock. For easy operation, even when wearing gloves, a push button has been added to close the blade securely.
