Hard cutting blade steel and ergonomically designed handle scales make the Model 4 an outdoor knife of the top class and a must-have for every bushcrafter! In a chic coyote look, the full-tang knife has a blade length of 11.4 cm. For the blade steel was selected the 1095 carbon steel, which remains particularly long sharp. To effectively protect the blade from corrosion, it is provided with a "Dark Earth" powder coating. Like every ESEE knife, this one has been tested under real-life situations before being released to the market. The handle material used is durable Micarta, which is very comfortable to hold due to its rough surface and remains reliably grippy at all times. To ensure that the Model 4 is always ready to hand at a moment's notice, the scope of delivery includes not only the plastic sheath but also a belt clip and a M.O.L.L.E. adapter, which allows the wearer to adjust the carrying method perfectly to his or her needs. This makes the knife the ideal companion for your next trip into nature.

In 1997, Jeff Randall and Mike Perrin set out to combat the over-hyped and heavily exploited survival scene by opening their own survival school, which would again offer hands-on, self-tested survival training. Working with the Peruvian Air Force's "Escuela De Supervivencia En La Selva" (School of Survival in the Jungle), they quickly rose to the top of the most popular survival schools. However, they soon realised that most of the tools advertised as survival knives were hardly up to the standards of professionals. As a result, some time later they started to develop and produce knives according to their own ideas. That was the beginning of ESEE KNIVES. The practical companions quickly became known throughout the outdoor scene and inspire survival professionals all over the world.
