F1x Black Elmax

The Fällkniven F1x Black Elmax is a high-quality outdoor knife that is suitable for a wide range of applications and has been specially developed for bushcrafters, survival enthusiasts, hunters and outdoor fans. It is a full tang version of the well-known Fällkniven F1, also known as the "pilot's knife", which was specially designed as a survival knife for fighter pilots.

The X series is the first from Fällkniven to be equipped with a robust full tang that runs from the blade to the handle. This gives the knife increased stability and robustness, especially for demanding outdoor use. The handle is made of Thermorun, an elastic plastic material that absorbs blows to the blade while providing excellent grip. Compared to the traditional F1 knife, the handle of the robust outdoor knife offers even more grip and comfort. The blade of the F1x is made of high-quality Swedish ELMAX super steel, which is known for its exceptional toughness, edge retention and corrosion resistance. The blade has a length of 9.5 cm and a thickness of 5 mm, which makes it extremely robust and resistant. The satin finish gives the knife an attractive appearance and contributes to its durability. An outstanding feature of the modern driving knife is the special tungsten carbide coating applied to the knife. With a hardness of 83 HRC, this coating is even harder than the blade itself and makes it extremely resistant to wear and damage. It also gives the knife a unique look with a special grey shimmer.

The Fällkniven F1x Black Elmax comes with a high-quality Cytel sheath, which is equipped with an additional safety lever. This allows the knife to be securely fixed in the sheath to prevent rattling and accidental loss.
