This boning knife from the Alpha series is equipped with a slim, 13 cm long and flexible blade, making it perfect for removing bones and skinning meat or poultry. Tendons and fat can also be removed effortlessly with this knife. The flexibility of the blade allows for specific and precise cuts, even in hard-to-reach places. The blade is hand forged and made of chrome vanadium molybdenum. It is stainless, cryogenically hardened and hand-sharpened. The finely polished, black handle made of Hostaform (high-quality plastic) is equipped with stainless steel rivets and is therefore dishwasher safe.
