The award-winning Cryo is also available in a 20% larger version. Designer Rick Hinderer gave the Cyro II an 8.3 cm drop-point blade made of 8Cr13MoV. This design is for those who expect more from their EDC pocket knife. The knife opens quickly via an assisted flipper and is reliably locked with a frame lock. The blade and stainless steel handle scales are finished with a titanium-carbon nitride coating. A lanyard can be attached to the lanyard loop. Behind the Cyro II Titan is a robust knife that is nevertheless aesthetically pleasing. Like every knife from Rick, this EDC benefits from his experience in the field, which leads to a better performance of the knife.

Kershaw was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1974. Many well-known knife designers such as Ken Onion from Hawaii, Grant Hawk and his son Gavin, Launce Barber and others develop interesting knives for Kershaw. Some models come with Ken Onion's SpeedSafe mechanism, which manually raises the blade slightly, then a spring ensures the blade opens in a flash.
