The Morakniv Lok BlackBlade Ash Wood S is the workhorse of the high-end series from Mora. The custom-made wilderness knife has been specially developed for expeditions and is exceptionally robust. It is especially designed for the demanding work in the wilderness.
The knife impresses with its full-tang construction with an overall length of 25.6 cm and the timelessly beautiful handle made of carefully selected, light ash wood from European FSC®-certified forests. The handle gives the knife a very good feel and offers excellent grip, even in difficult conditions. Furthermore, the carefully selected wood also gives the practical outdoor knife a wonderful aesthetic.
The blade of the knife is made of recycled Swedish stainless steel and has a robust thickness of 3.2 mm. It has been given a glossy black PC coating to make it more resistant to external influences. With a blade length of 10.9 cm, it offers an excellent balance between robustness and precision and is reliable and versatile even in tough use. The back of the blade can be used to scribe a fire steel so that the warmth of a campfire is always within reach.
The included leather sheath is made of vegetable-tanned leather and has a belt loop. This means the Morakniv Lok BlackBlade Ash Wood S can be worn comfortably on the belt and is always ready to hand.

Morakniv knife from Sweden. Made in Östnor for outdoor, hunting and survival use. There is hardly a Swedish craftsman who can be found at work without his Mora knife! Knives have been made in Mora, Sweden since the 17th century. Morakniv originated from two traditional knife smithies from the Mora area, namely KJ Eriksson (founded in 1912) and Frost (founded in 1819). The merger of the two knife manufacturers in 2005 created Morakniv.
