Nieto is a knife manufacturer that focuses particularly on the functionality and practice of outdoor knives and especially the testimonials of the community into the design phase of their knives. The Sioux series of the Spanish knife company is for this reason also significantly designed by George Washington Sears, his sign expert in outdoor and bushcraft. With impressively grained handle scales made of Spanish olive wood, the knife brings us the feeling of freedom and nature. Not only are these great in the hand, they also offer a little protection for the fingers and a lanyard loop as an alternative carrying option. The unusually shaped blade is probably best described as a modified Sheep Foot blade and is suitable for a variety of tasks: as a hunting knife as well as an outdoor knife for preparing meals or splitting smaller wood. The full tang blade is made of 1.4116 steel, which convinces with stability, sharpness and corrosion resistance. The Sioux can be stowed appropriately for such a great outdoor knife in a flawless and chic leather sheath.
