A special highlight is the handle made of beautifully grained olive wood, which not only gives the knife a warm, organic appearance but also makes it comfortable to hold. With a handle length of 11 cm, it offers balanced ergonomics that impresses during prolonged use. The weight of 180 g ensures a solid but well-balanced handling.
