The original Manix 2 Lightweight was honoured with the prestigious award for the most innovative american design by "Blade" magazine. It combines extreme cutting performance with a revolutionary lightweight handle made of robust FRCP. This variation of the Manix 2 is identical to the award-winning knife, with the exception of the handle colour. Weighing just 85 g and equipped with an ergonomic handle, the knife fits comfortably and securely in the hand during use. Due to its bi-directional structure, the handle promises a safe grip even in more challenging environments. The blade, made of stainless CTSBD1N steel, is equipped with a flat grind and the thumb hole typical for Spyderco. This allows the knife to be opened with one hand easily and also with the left hand. The ball-bearing blade opens with ease. A reversible clip is included in the set, which allows the knife to be carried on the left as well as the right pocket.
