Carlos Pineda (1996-2020) war ein Mitglied des Condor Designteam. Er war ein junger und fröhlicher Mensch. Das Carlitos Neckknife soll an ihn erinnern. Die Straight-Back-Klinge ist mit einem schwarzem Cerakote-Finish versehen und besteht aus 1075 Kohlenstoffstahl. Der Griff sticht besonders hervor. Er ist mit orangenem Paracord umwickelt, wodurch auch eine unglaubliche Handhabung garantiert wird. Die Paracordwicklung erlaubt es, das Messer zu individualisieren. Im Lieferumfang ist eine passgenaue Kydexscheide mit passendem Paracord enthalten.
The history of Condor Tool & Knife goes back to 1787, when the Weyersberg brothers founded a company in Solingen to manufacture swords, military knives, cutlery and agricultural tools. Then, in 1964, the company IMACASA was founded in Santa Ana in El Salvador and the factory was well equipped with the most modern German tools and the employees were sent to Solingen for intensive training. Today, this factory produces machetes, axes, shovels and other hand tools of the highest quality. IMACASA was sold to local investors in 1980 and is now one of the largest machete and shovel manufacturers in the world. Then, in 2004, when additional knives and tools were developed for the North American and European markets, Condor Tool & Knife was born.
