Die Messer der M16-Serie bestechen durch ihr taktisches Design. In der Special Forces Ausführung kommt das Messer mit einer sehr scharfen Tantoklinge, die einen bissigen Teilwellenschliff (Veff Serration) hat, der das Einsatzspektrum noch einmal erhöht. Der Stahlgriff ist mit einer G10-Beschalung versehen, die für ausreichend Grip in der Hand sorgt. Für die 8,9 cm lange Klinge wird 1.4116-Stahl verwendet, der extrem belastbar ist. Eine schwarze Titan-Nitrid-Beschichtung schützt die Klinge und minimiert außerdem Reflexionen. Die starke Auto-Lawks Klingensicherung sorgt dafür, dass die Klinge sicher verriegelt.
