The ESEE Knives Model 3 Micarta grey is a robust survival knife with a 1095 carbon steel blade. The extremely durable grey powder coating protects the blade from a higher susceptibility to rust, which is common with carbon steel. Thanks to the excellent properties of this steel, you will enjoy this knife for a long time. The blade is easy to resharpen and is very versatile thanks to its droppoint shape. The model 3 is made in full tang construction and has handle scales made of Micarta, whose rough structure offers a good grip and comfort. The knife is compact and handy, making it ideal as an outdoor and EDC knife. The ergonomic shape of the handle lies well in the hand and does not leave hot spots in the palm even when working for long periods.
The knife comes with a very well thought-out and extremely flexible sheath. The knife fits perfectly into the Zytel holder, which can be attached either to the MOLLE-compatible holder system or to the plate with the steel belt clip. Attachment is possible on both sides so that the entire system can be adapted to the wearer. The Model 3 is the absolute all-rounder knife from Esee that every knife lover or ambitious outdoorsman should take a look at!

In 1997, Jeff Randall and Mike Perrin set out to combat the over-hyped and heavily exploited survival scene by opening their own survival school, which would again offer hands-on, self-tested survival training. Working with the Peruvian Air Force's "Escuela De Supervivencia En La Selva" (School of Survival in the Jungle), they quickly rose to the top of the most popular survival schools. However, they soon realised that most of the tools advertised as survival knives were hardly up to the standards of professionals. As a result, some time later they started to develop and produce knives according to their own ideas. That was the beginning of ESEE KNIVES. The practical companions quickly became known throughout the outdoor scene and inspire survival professionals all over the world.
