A1 NZ Expedition Forest Knife

The Fällkniven A1 NZ Expedition Forest Knife is an extremely solid fixed blade knife designed for demanding outdoor use. With impressive dimensions that are substantial without being excessive, this knife is perfect for heavy-duty tasks such as chopping and slicing. The blade continues into the Thermorun handle, forming a full-tang construction for added strength and robustness. The Thermorun handle offers optimum grip even in adverse conditions such as cold and wet.

The blade of the proven outdoor and survival knife is made of robust laminated VG10 tungsten steel and convex ground to maximise cutting performance while minimising the risk of chipping. With a blade length of 16 cm and a thickness of 6 mm, the blade is impressively robust and versatile. The latest version of the A1 features an improved sheath, previously used on the Premium X series. The sheath used offers a two-way lock that holds the knife securely and firmly in position without the need for an additional push button on the belt loop. The sheath is specially designed for the standard model of the Fällkniven A1nz and features a small Fällkniven folding knife application on the safety.

With a hardness of 59 HRC, the large survival knife offers impressive cutting performance and durability. The weight of the knife is 305 grams, which makes it robust yet handy.
