The Fällkniven F1 is the official survival knife of the pilots of the Swedish Air Force since 1995 and has a large following worldwide. It is a fixed knife that convinces with its feel and reliability. With the development of the F1, attention to important details such as technical design, ergonomics and the use of targeted materials set a high standard that still holds its place today. The thoughtful design and incredibly durable laminated VG-10 steel (Lam. VG10 HRC 59) are just two of the many details that make the handy Fällkniven F1 a knife you can always rely on in life. The robust Fällkniven survival knife with its 9.7 cm blade is incredibly versatile and safe to use. The handle material made of Thermorun is safe in the hand even when wet. A catch cord can be attached to the end of the handle. A functional cytel sheath with belt loop serves for safe transport.

The laminated steel from Fällkniven

Due to the laminate technology, you can expect an additional 20% strength in the form of bending strength compared to an ordinary VG10 blade. The core of the blade is made of high alloy VG-10 steel, the outer layers are made of 420J2 steel (420J2 - VG10 - 420J2) with 59 HRC.
