The boning knife is equipped with a slim, 16 cm long and flexible blade, making it perfect for removing bones and skinning meat or poultry. Tendons and fat can also be removed effortlessly with this knife. The flexibility of the blade allows you to make targeted and precise cuts, even in hard-to-reach places. The blade is hand forged from chrome vanadium molybdenum knife steel. It is stainless, cryogenically hardened and sharpened by hand. The finely polished, black handle made of Hostaform (high-quality plastic) has stainless steel rivets and is therefore dishwasher safe.
