The chopper from the Alpha series is equipped with a slim, 23 cm long, slightly rounded blade. It chops meat, poultry as well as fish without effort, whereby even larger foods to be cooked are no problem. The hand-forged blade is made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum, is stainless, cryogenically hardened and hand-sharpened. The finely polished handle made of Hostaform (high-quality plastic) has stainless steel rivets and is therefore dishwasher safe. The knives of the Güde Alpha series meet the requirements of the guidelines for knives for use in the catering industry.
