With a blade length of 10 cm, the lard knife / multifunctional knife is a real all-rounder. With the medium-pointed blade, there are no limits to the possible uses. The hand-forged blade is made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum, is stainless, cryogenically hardened and sharpened by hand. The finely polished black handle is made of sturdy Hostaform (high-quality plastic), fitted with stainless steel rivets and is therefore dishwasher safe. The knives of the Güde Alpha series meet the requirements of the guidelines for knives for use in the catering industry.

Seit 1910 bietet Güde, die Messermanufaktur aus Solingen, Qualitäts-Kochmesser in hoher Qualität. Diese werden in kleinen Stückzahlen und von Hand gefertigt. Bereits in der vierten Generation werden diese Messer in Deutschland aus einem Stück Stahl hergestellt.
