Strata Cleaver

The Kershaw Strata Cleaver is built in the design of a large chopper, but with sleek and modern lines. Whether you're slicing or chopping in the kitchen, the Strata's cleaver blade shape gives you plenty of options to let off steam. A durable D2 tool steel blade was used on this knife. The stonewashed finish protects against scratches on the blade and looks great too. The front part of the handle is made of textured G10 which makes the knife non-slip. The KVT ball bearing flipper system quickly moves the blade into position and locks securely with the frame lock mechanism. As accents bronze PVD Tubespacer and Pivot Collar were used, they give the knife that certain something. With the clip, you can easily make it disappear in your pocket.
