This up-and-coming company from Poland has its roots in a passion for knives and the pursuit of the highest quality. Founded a few years ago, ZA-PAS started as a hobby project that gradually developed into an established company.

The founders of ZA-PAS, led by Daniel, have long had a passion for knives. Inspired by DIY projects and YouTube tutorials, they began making their own knives. What began as a hobby quickly developed into a vocation and eventually into a flourishing company. Over time, the ZA-PAS team grew to include other talented individuals, including Janek, an experienced knifemaker and accountant, and Szymon, an expert in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. Together they form a dedicated team committed to producing high-quality knives. In doing so, they rely on state-of-the-art technologies and traditional craftsmanship to create products of outstanding quality.
The history of ZA-PAS is characterised by continuous growth and development. Starting in a home garage with DIY projects, they have managed to establish their own knife factory and revitalise the tradition of Polish knifemaking.
