This Laguiole knife has handle scales made from the wood of the juniper tree. It is probably one of the most beautiful woods with different patterns and a unique southern peppery smell. "Sentir la nature" ! The shepherd's cross is represented by micropins. The smiths of the Laguiole en Aubrac manufactory made this beautiful knife with an 11 cm blade of stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel. Opened easily with two hands, it is held in place by the spring. When closing the edge, a stop prevents the blade from hitting the hilt. The elaborate, hand-decorated spring and bow tie are part of the traditional manufacturing of the Laguiole knife. The matt stainless steel of the bolsters gives a beautiful contrast to the juniper handle scales. The Laguiole Genévrier knife comes with a small cloth pouch, information material and certificate of authenticity.
