The Laguiole en Aubrac Laguiole Mammoth Ivory Double Plate is a masterpiece of traditional French knife making and a true symbol of luxury and elegance. This knife is not only a functional tool, but also an exceptional collector's item that impresses with its materials, workmanship, and design aesthetics.
The handle of this Laguiole knife is made of mammoth ivory, a fossilized material that fascinates with its rarity and unique structure. Each handle is unique, as the mammoth ivory varies in color and grain, emphasizing the distinctive character of each knife. This noble material gives the knife an aura of timeless elegance and exclusivity, making it an incomparable highlight. The bolsters are made of high-quality nickel silver, which harmonizes perfectly with the mammoth ivory thanks to its warm sheen. They give the knife additional stability and provide a stylish contrast to the natural handle scales.
The luxurious pocket knife features a double plate that has been intricately handcrafted with delicate engravings. These refined plates not only reinforce the stability of the knife, but are also an outstanding design feature that showcases the craftsmanship of the Laguiole blacksmiths. The artistic guilloché extends across the entire back spring and plates, with each engraving executed by experienced craftsmen with the utmost precision and attention to detail. The classic Laguiole fly emblem, also handmade, crowns the design and underlines the origin and authenticity of this fine knife.
The knife is not only a work of art, but also a reliable tool. The blade, made of high-quality steel, offers excellent cutting performance and durability. With its ergonomic shape, the knife fits perfectly in the hand and is a stylish companion for both everyday use and special occasions.
The elegant Gentleman knife is much more than a pocket knife—it is an expression of luxury, craftsmanship, and timeless style. With its fossil mammoth ivory handle, intricately decorated double plates, and unmistakable Laguiole aesthetic, it is an indispensable accessory for lovers of exquisite knives and a tribute to the French way of life.
