Deeply rooted in Finnish history and forests, the impressive Marttiini Kierinki stands not only for quality, but also for tradition and heritage. This special outdoor knife is a tribute to the brand's roots – to the small village of Kierinki in Lapland, where the visionary blacksmith Janne Marttiini was born. It was there that the story of a brand began that today stands for Finnish craftsmanship at the highest level: Marttiini Finland.
With its 11 cm long blade made of high-quality carbon steel, the knife embodies the essence of traditional Nordic cutting tools. The blade is extremely sharp, easy to resharpen, and ideal for precise carving, cutting, or other outdoor tasks. The strength of the Kierinki lies not only in its functionality, but also in its appearance – it is a knife that is not only used, but also admired.
The artistically crafted handle is made of heat-treated birch and fine grain birch. The natural material makes each knife absolutely unique, with no two grains ever the same. The combination of natural colors, pleasant feel, and durable workmanship makes this knife a real gem. A richly decorated leather sheath protects the blade in style and provides a secure hold on your belt.
As a genuine Marttiini collector's knife, the Kierinki knife combines timeless elegance with practicality. If you are looking for a knife that exudes history yet is designed for modern use, this is the perfect choice.
Buy the Marttiini knife now, which combines the past, craftsmanship, and a love of nature—the Kierinki is more than just a tool. It is a piece of Finnish identity, proudly manufactured in the Marttiini knife factory in Finland.

The Finnish knife maker Marttiini is known for its high-quality hunting and fishing knives. Founder Janne Marttiinni began producing handmade knives, scythes and axes in the rural village of Kierinki in northern Finland in 1902. In 1928, he opened his own forge in Rovaniemi, where he produced a wide range of sturdy and well-crafted knives. Demand quickly grew. In 1940, Marttiini built his first factory, which was partially destroyed in 1944 during the Second World War. After the war, the factory was rebuilt in the center of Rovaniemie. Today, the factory shop is located on the site and is called “Marttiini's Old Factory”. Due to the many different knife models and the constant growth, a new, modern production facility was built in 1972, where the knives are still manufactured today. More than 300 different models are still produced by hand using traditional methods and are constantly being improved. Outdoor enthusiasts, collectors, chefs and many other professional users appreciate the outstanding quality of Marttiini knives and always have them with them as a loyal companion.
