The Mercury mushroom knife is the perfect companion for mushroom picking, at a small price. The 5.5 cm long blade is made of stainless steel and is therefore extremely resistant to corrosion. This means you don't have to worry about maintenance. The curved Hawksbill shape is super suitable for processing mushrooms. It can be easily opened via the nail hook, while a slipjoint mechanism prevents it from folding in unintentionally. The handle is made of fine olive wood and lies comfortably in the hand thanks to the shape. On the front side there is a size scale that makes measuring mushrooms quick and easy. The incorporated brush at the end of the handle facilitates the cleaning of the found mushrooms.
