The Nordic Pocket Saw Arborist is designed to ensure safe and efficient handling when cutting a tree. It can be used to cut branches up to 8 metres high without needing a ladder. The long straps of the hand chain saw allows the user to move to a safe distance of 8-10 metres without standing in the "drop zone" of the branch. This makes the Arborist saw one of the safest tools available. The chain cuts in both directions and is pulled back and forth with 2 belts. Unlike the other models, it does not matter how the chain lies on the tree, because it is a double-sided chain. This saves the time needed to position the chain correctly. Of course, the long bands of the chain can also be removed, making it more convenient to use the chain on the ground. The Nordic Pocket Saw Arborist is therefore a versatile and extremely safe tool for anyone who needs to cut wood.
Die Firma Nordic Pocket Saw entstand 2015 als zwei Jugendfreunde den Entschluss fassten, kompakte und vor allem qualitativ hochwertige Sägen herzustellen, die aus dem schwedischen Raum kommen. Die Idee wurde während einer Reise durch den Amazonas geweckt, als bei einem Gespräch mit dem Häuptling eines dort ansässigen Stammes die Funktionalität dieser Werkzeuge hoch gelobt wurde. Kurz danach war die Firma geboren, und die ersten Modelle wurden gefertigt. Jetzt haben sie Verkäufer in mehr als 25 Ländern über 5 Kontinente verteilt. Man merkt in den Produkten, dass die Mitarbeiter schon lange in der Szene tätig sind und wissen, was man im Outdoorbereich benötigt und so praxisnahe Verbesserungen an den Produkten entwickeln.
