RAT-3 Skinner

With its bulbous yet thinly ground blade, the RAT-3 Skinner is, as the name suggests, particularly suitable for game processing. To separate hide and skin from meat, hunters use so-called skinner knives, i.e. one like the RAT-3 Skinner. The work of a hunter naturally requires good handling as well as a certain durability of the materials. The RAT-3 from Ontario Knives, with its thumb rest, Micarta handle and tough 1075 carbon steel, fully meets these requirements.
