The Takumitak Alert is a mix of a modern Tactical and a classic Bowie knife. The result is fantastic! The bulky and bulbous blade made of D2 makes the Alert a real eye-catcher. The 12.7 cm long blade is ideal for various cutting tasks, but cans and the like can also be pierced and prised open without any complications. The knife has a robust construction and you can rely on the quality of a Takumitak knife even for harder work. The G10 handle as well as the general shape of the Vollerl tool ensure balanced handling and a pleasant feel. The practical glass breaker is also a big plus. The Alert can be stowed in a MOLLE-compatible Kydex sheath.
