When designing the M73 Kontos Black Micarta, Acta Non Verba was inspired by the famous Soviet T-72 M tank. For example, the blade is 12.5 cm long, the same length as the caliber of the tank, and has a ricasso at the tip, which is based on the design of the front armor. A black Cerakote coating reduces scratching on the blade and gives the knife a tactical look. Thanks to the Sleipner steel used, the blade is not only very cut resistant but also extremely break resistant. This makes it an excellent outdoor companion. The handle scales were milled from Micarta and have an extra rough surface, which makes them feel good in the hand under any condition, providing more safety. The pommel was made from an original armor chain pin, adding a nice accent. As each battalion has three armored companies and each crew consists of three people, the handle was also secured with three bolts as a symbolism. Part of the scope of delivery is a well processed Kydex sheath, in which the knife snaps cleanly and is protected when not in use.

At ANV Knives, everything revolves around the motto "deeds not words" - " Acta non Verba".
Actions determine our world and only actions remain real, according to the view of the Czech knifemakers based in the capital city of Prague. The company is still very young and was founded in 2018, but this does not reflect on the quality of the knives. Because they have an incredibly high quality of workmanship and impress knife fans all over the world with their futuristic and smart design. The knives are manufactured in the Czech Republic in a modern way with a focus on functionality. What is unusual, however, is the price level of these stylish knives: although they do not have to hide from the big companies in the industry in terms of workmanship standards, they are much less expensive.
The Acta Non Verba range includes bushcraft knives, survival knives, fine slipjoint folders and modern EDC knives in the form of one-handed and two-handed knives. Mostly N690 or Sleipner steel is used for the blades, while Micarta, G10 and even titanium can be found for the handles.
