Die kugelgelagerte Klinge lässt sich beeindruckend leicht und schnell mit dem Flipper öffnen, und sie wird dann vom Liner-Lock sicher arretiert. Durch die schwarze Cerakotebeschichtung ist die Klinge zudem vor Korrosion geschützt. Die blau/schwarzen Griffschalen aus G10 sind auf Stahlplatinen verschraubt, die für Stabilität sorgen. He sold his first knives, all handmade, in 1902, even taking worn, used blades as raw material. After the Second World War (1947), Hoyt and his son Al founded the company HH Buck & Sohn in San Diego. With the knife model 110 Folding Hunter and the Back-Lock, Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964. This blade safety system still holds a leading position until today. Hoyt's and Al Buck's ingenuity made the company famous worldwide.
