With a blade length of 23 cm and a width of 3.1 cm, this forged bread knife made of high-quality WÜSTHOF steel is ideal for precise and effortless cuts. The innovative double wave – a wave within a wave – ensures exceptional sharpness that is maintained over a long period of time.

Compared to conventional serrated blades, the precision double wave significantly reduces the effort required for cutting. Even bread with a hard crust is not crushed, but cleanly cut through, while soft bread or delicate baked goods are cut smoothly and precisely – without damaging the surface. Thanks to the excellent workmanship and a Rockwell hardness of 58 HRC, the blade remains durable and retains its sharpness.
