The Walkabout von Down Under Knives, kleinere Ausführung des "Outback" Messers, Klingenlänge 21 cm, Klingenstärke 5,5 mm, starke Lederscheide incl. Wetzstahl
Messerliebhaber erkennen beim Walkabout gleich die Handschrift von Down Under Knives. Die breite, 21 cm lange Bowie-Klinge wurde aus rostfreiem 440-C Stahl hergestellt. Die Klingenstärke beträgt satte 5,5 mm. Spätestens jetzt ist klar, woher das Gewicht von 568 g kommt. Sehr schön gestaltet ist der Handschutz (Parierelement) und der Knebel aus Messing. Farblich dazu passend ist der Griff, der aus echten Lederscheiben besteht. Die Gesamtlänge des Messers beträgt 32,3 cm. Zum Transport wird es mit einer starken Lederscheide mit Krokodilhautprägung geliefert. Zusätzlich ist ein Wetzstahl dabei, der seinen Platz direkt an der Lederscheide hat.
