The "Extrema Double Grain Sharpener" from Extrema Ratio is a double-sided sharpening stone made of silicium carbide. The stone has a coarse, black side with a grit of 180 and a blue, fine side with a grit of 400, which allows you to take good care of your knives. The values are given according to European measurements and can be determined in the Japanese JIS standard with a width of about 280 to 1000. Included is a Cordura sheath.
